Demolition Ex Berera area

• Area is property of the Berera Steel Works SpA who produced steel wire since 1919 in the city of Lecco.

After 2001 activity has been shut down and we proceeded with the following work in accordance with local environmental authorities: asbestos roofs removal soil clean-up and total demolition of the structures.

Main buildings consisting of: steel structures 12 m in height with masonry wall.
