50 Years ago we first introduced the use of thin plastic elastomeric membranes in place of traditional ashphalt and felt. We were still first in proposing polypropylene reinforced membranes produced in Italy.
Covecom introduced 25 years ago the precutting of roofing membranes in the shop. In this case, membranes as large as the roof to be covered, are designed, shop cut and assemmbled, and then installed as a single piece.
We also install roof panels , sandwich panels with metal sheeting (steel, copper and aluminum). We have installed new concept aluminum sheet waterproofing on almost flat roofs (1-2%). This is achieved through a patented sheet locking system which remains watertight allowing roofing structure elastic deformations.
